Respite Care That Can Be Trusted
Short-term Care Day Service
At Breaking Barriers, we care for our individuals' health and wellbeing and provide care without sacrificing their normal daily routines or progress. Services are provided hourly. Minimum 3 hours. Rates vary based on the level of need of the Individual. Transportation may be available. Trained staff can provide this service inside the family home or at the Respite care home. For Individuals receiving Respite or Community First Choice PAS HAB services, We do accept waiver pay and will contract with your Agency or CDSA.
Overnight Respite Care
At Breaking Barriers Respite, the client will receive care as if he/she was in their own home. During the overnight stay, clients will receive 3 meals, snacks, outings into the community (services to be paid for by family), assistance with daily living skills and social skills activities.
